Disabled and Iraq

We speak with Tiana Tozer, who has been working in Baghdad running a disability and gender equality program for the group, Mercy Corps.

“Including Samuel”

One of the educational tools that Tiana Tozer is taking with her to Iraq is a film called “Including Samuel.” The documentary by Dan Habib is the story of his son, Samuel, an eight-year-old boy with cerebral palsy.
