The Capture of Radovan Karadzic

The former leader of the Bosnian Serbs and one of the most wanted men in the world is arrested in Belgrade. We look at the legacy of Radovan Karadzic — charged with genocide and on the run for nearly 13 years. Our guests are Neil MacDonald of the Financial Times; John Burns of the New York Times, who covered the war in the Balkans and interviewed Karadzic; and poet Chris Merrill, author of “Only the Nails Remain: Scenes from the Balkan Wars.” Merrill heads the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa.
