Voters in North Carolina and Indiana were ready and waiting as polling places opened this morning. The nomination battle between Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton is expected to draw heavy turnout through the day.

Pandemic

A group of physicians and public health experts have compiled a detailed report of how to ration healthcare during a pandemic. The 67-page document lists conditions ranging from Alzheimers to diabetes as reasons to turn patients away during a medical crisis. We talk to one of the report’s authors, Dr Lewis Rubinson, about the report and its implications.
