Report: Administration Vetted Interrogation Techniques

The White House is staying mum on reports from ABC News that high level administration officials from Vice President Dick Cheney on down helped choreograph harsh interrogation techniques on Al Qaeda suspects, including waterboarding. ABC News legal correspondent Jan Crawford Greenburg fills us in on the details.
