Now with the country’s economy in free fall, the biggest challenge is not getting medicine to the sick, but getting food to both the patients and the healthcare workers. We speak with Dr. Carlo Spagnolli, head of the AIDS control program at the Luisa Guidotto Hospital in Mukoto, Zimbabwe.
